The project entailed the restoration and adaptive reuse of the Kakod fort, into a heritage hotel. Kakod fort, a historic Rajasthani fort perched atop a hill in Tonk, commands a spectacular view of the landscape. The project explored the feasibility of adapting the historic spaces to function as a luxury hotel, keeping the character of the fort intact and introducing state of the art facilities to create a luxury hotel experience.
