Located within the erstwhile house of Jamshedji Tata, founder of the Tata empire, the advertising agency took over the ground floor of the Grade II A heritage Esplanade Mansion. The project involved the adaptive reuse of a historic home into a corporate office and involved adapting the historic interiors to house state of the art offices. The design created a cutting edge office for a young firm, with an open plan office, exposed ducting and straight lined furniture, at the same time highlighting the Neo Classical interiors and lofty ceilings to advantage.
