A 20th Century Colonial period Bungalow on the hills of Matheran was restored and adaptively reused as a vacation home for the prominent Parsi family of Mumbai. The project itself spanned for 6 long years in phases, Phase 1involved only roof repairs, Phase 2 involved the restoration of the verandah portion; and Phase 3 involved restoration of the dilapidated bungalow.
