Adaptive Reuse of a colonial bungalow on a tea estate as a chic boutique hotel. The redesign paid homage to the turn of the century Planter’s Bungalow, incorporating the aesthetics of a colonial period tea estate while creating a contemporary feel. The project entailed a comprehensive redesign, hotel interiors, accessorizing of the boutique hotel to create a new concept for tea bungalows.
