Located within the erstwhile residence of Sir Ratan Tata, the historic Grade II A building was taken over by the multinational bank as its corporate head offices. The Deutsche Bank project involved the restoration of the iconic Neo Classical building as well as its illumination, signage and branding, converting its disused open spaces into a landscaped garden that serves as a garden oasis for the bankers and is used for corporate events.
